They are a young, energetic couple with three children and a thriving ministry at a church that has enjoyed a triple-digit growth rate since opening its doors just 4 years ago. But Charlie and Sandy Salmon, pastors at Church on the Ridge in Snoqualmie, Washington, would never claim to be the ideal 21st-century ministry family. While they are looking forward to their silver anniversary in 2009, they nearly became a divorce statistic just 11 years into their marriage.
