It is essential that the pastor, as a lifelong learner, continually improve his or her personal, family, and ministry skills. In this age of the specialist, the pastor must balance the major areas of personal life, family life, and be a generalist in ministry. These are great expectations, but feasible with God’s help. This issue of Enrichment addresses the elements contributing to the health of the pastor and the local church.
