Part of the threefold priority reason- for-being of the Assemblies of God as stated in the Fellowship’s Constitution and Bylaws “is to be an agency of God for evangelizing the world.” That the Assemblies of God exists expressly to give continued emphasis to world evangelization is evident throughout its 83-year history.
